Shanae D. Hill is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Choice Group & Associates, a strategy-led institutional readiness firm that prepares organizations to grow with structure, discipline, and confidence.
She is a trusted advisor to corporations, institutions, and nonprofit organizations navigating growth, complexity, and transformation bringing a disciplined, finance-led perspective to organizational readiness and strategic execution.
Shanae’s work is centered on helping organizations strengthen financial oversight, governance structures, and enterprise alignment ensuring they are not only positioned for growth, but fully prepared to sustain it.
Her approach to readiness is grounded in deep technical expertise and real-world application. Prior to founding Premier Choice Group, Shanae spent her career at KPMG, where she advised Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, public institutions, and global entities across audit, regulatory compliance, risk management, and enterprise transformation.
This experience shaped her ability to assess organizational risk, identify structural gaps, and design solutions that align financial performance with operational execution and strategic objectives.
Following her tenure at KPMG, Shanae founded Premier Choice Capital, which evolved into Premier Choice Group & Associates reflecting her vision to build a firm that goes beyond strategy to ensure organizations are fully prepared to execute at the highest level.
Today, she leads a readiness model that integrates:

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Florida. She has also completed executive leadership training through Harvard University, Princeton University, and KPMG International.
